At the start of AAPI Heritage Month, I collaborated with the YMCA Asian Pacific Islander Leadership Network to design in support of our Philippines Coalition, which is driven to strengthen community development and climate action overseas.
Our neighbors in need often go unacknowledged, while the truth is, our land connects us from as far as the Fertile Crescent and the Ural Mountains, out to the Pacific. In creating community, we stand to be mindful of that, and of each other.
